Event Cancellation & Postponement Policy

Candela Entertainment makes reasonable efforts to ensure that advertised events and workshops take place as scheduled. However, circumstances may require an event to be cancelled, postponed, rescheduled or moved to another venue.
1. Cancellation
If an event is cancelled, Candela Entertainment will communicate the cancellation through appropriate channels.
Where refunds are offered, eligible customers will receive information regarding the refund process.
Refunds will normally be processed through the original payment method.
2. Postponement
If an event is postponed, previously purchased tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Customers will be informed of the new date and any applicable refund arrangements.
3. Venue Changes
An event may occasionally be moved to another venue.
Customers will be notified of the updated venue information where reasonably possible.
Tickets may remain valid unless otherwise communicated.
4. Artist and Program Changes
Artists, performers, schedules and programs may change.
Such changes do not automatically result in a refund unless a refund is specifically announced or required by applicable law.
5. Customer Notification
Where reasonably possible, Candela Entertainment will notify customers using the email address or telephone number supplied during purchase.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact information is accurate.
6. Refunds
Refund arrangements for a cancelled or postponed event will be communicated to affected customers.
Customers should follow the instructions and deadlines communicated for the specific event.
7. Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Events may be affected by circumstances beyond Candela Entertainment's reasonable control, including:
- Government restrictions
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Security concerns
- Public emergencies
- Venue problems
- Transportation disruption
- Technical failures
- Civil unrest
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Artist cancellation
- Other unforeseen circumstances
Candela Entertainment will communicate available arrangements to affected customers as soon as reasonably practicable.
